IN the latest leaflet to hit the doormat: Ed Fordham screams it’s me or Gordon Brown… and NO OTHER RESULT IS POSSIBLE. NO OTHER RESULT IS POSSIBLE. THE CONSERVATIVES CAN’T WIN. How tiresome.

Just as Chris Philp and Glenda Jackson fatigue us all by saying a Fordham victory in Hampstead and Kilburn is impossible, Ed’s team are, with this kind of message, are being equally disingenuous. For the last time: Everybody knows it’s a three way battle. Enough of the ‘can’t win here stuff’.  ALL OF YOU CAN WIN HERE.

NB: Interesting, but not surprising perhaps, how Ed plays Brown here as his opponent and not Glenda Jackson, the MP he must unseat to get to Parliament.
