Death by Option 8 (remix)

YOU know what? People mocked me for suggesting that Jonny Bucknell’s recent full council speech about Camden Council’s telephone switchboard was tantamount to performance art – such was the gusto, such were the theatrics. It was poetry – fully deserving of a remix. There’s some sharp scratches on the dubplate which landed on the doormat this morning, so watch out for the high pitch squeaks, but surely the good councillor has an album in him…

There’s definitely overtones of Laurie Andersons ‘O Superman’ in there.

“Hello, Labour. Is anybody home? Well you better get ready, ready to go. Here come the planes. Well there’s nobody there, only space.”
