SUNNY days at The Sun and the sweltering weather in October – not August, OCTOBER! – gives the headline team the perfect chance to use the headline ‘HOT-TOBER’. [NB: here is a high level argument across the media as to whether Hot-tober should have two ‘t’s and whether it should be hyphenated or not]

 

Freak weather, eh? I mean how often will never before seen sweltering weather in October give a newspaper a chance to use Hot-tober?  Surely just about never.
