PANIC in West Hampstead. We have reached… Bincom:1.

Mess-lovers caught on CCTV in Fawley Road by the already-legendary ‘Bincam’ website, first written about by Georgia Graham in the New Journal last week, have taken things to a whole new critical level.

Get over to www.bincam.blogspot.com to see the live-ish feed… and see whether the council will do anything about the informal pavement tip.

    It has sparked OUTRAGE on my blog (initially thought it was tongue-in-cheek, but a follow-up comment that was then deleted (not by me) made me think not)
