Found: Time-traveller’s John Lee Hooker album

TO Baker Street and the London Underground’s lost property office. I guess the bureau’s window display is supposed to be a bit of a treasure trove of the things we’ve left behind, documenting the changes in the way we live in the process.

So you get a curious old phone lost at Camden Town in 1936…

…and a brick of a mobile phone absently-mindedly lost at Chalk Farm in 1993…

..and on another shelf, there are albums which the ticket says were lost at Archway way back in 1969. It shouldn’t be too hard for Transport for London to reunite them with their owner: they were obviously lost by Dr Who, the guy from Quantum Leap or some other time traveller. Abba formed in the early 1970s, while John Lee Hooker’s Mr Lucky album first came out in 1991.
