A book to be written

A SUGGESTION for a summer bestseller: IDS, my role in his downfall, by Jonny Bucknell. We could read about how the Belsize councillor put Iain Duncan Smith on the spot over welfare reforms at a Saturday street stall and – after a New Journal film of their encounter went viral and had a zillion plays on the internet – the Works And Pensions Secretary duly felt the public pressure around the cuts and stepped down saying it had all gone too far.

File it under fiction if you dare.
