Don’t mess with Azmina: Labour members practice how to shout ‘Pick Tulip’

OVER to Tulip Siddiq’s sister, Azmina, who earlier today could be found whipping all the usual suspects (and a fair few more) into shape ahead of Sadiq Khan’s Labour Party rally in Swiss Cottage. In the film below she gives them their orders on how to be enthusiastic, with Tulip about to make a grand arrival alongside the London Mayor…

…a few minutes later, surprise, surprise, Tulip gets a heroine’s welcome at the Swiss Cottage Open Space to a chant of ‘Pick Tulip’. Watch out for Azmina again, making the event sing like a concert conductor.

Still, this dutiful chorus line make quite a racket, don’t they?

Nausiating. Almost bad enough to stop me voting Labour but the bar is quite high.

  2. I’m trying to work out which Councillors voted for her when she stood for the Council leadership, by who’s turned up for this cringefest.

  3. I spy Hai, Beattie, Simpson, Russell and Gould at least…wotking off-piste but possibly no sign of Pietragnoli, Robinson, Callaghan, Rosenberg, Revah, Johnson, McCormack, Gardiner, Headlam-Wells, Vincent, Fulbrook, Olad Tomlinson, Quadir, Francis, etc etc. or indeed Leyland…why would she bother? I have no more words

Don’t blame the Cllrs who were there, they can’t have known what was planned and for the most part are real people concerned with serious issues and I am sure would try to veto such an excruciating exhibition.
