‘The final straw’: Tulip writes to Corbyn over Livingstone case

“MEMBERS have contacted me in despair over the past twelve hours”, writes Tulip Siddiq in a personal letter to Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn, urging him to take action over the party’s decision not to expel Ken Livingstone for his “manipulations of the Holocaust” yesterday. The former mayor has instead been suspended for a year.

Tulip, pictured campaigning with Ken in Regent’s Park before she became an MP (I’d say in happier times, but it was when she was on crutches and she’s bearing quite a scowl), adds that memberships are being terminated over the issue.
